I purchased this strap after having my knee replaced to help aid in my recovery. I love the ease with which it allows me to gently pull, stretch and get my rehab completed. I know this helped in my speedy recovery and I plan to continue using the strap for stretching exercises.

I love this strap. It is soft & silky to the touch but because of the loops you don’t lose your grip. For me, this is more comfortable to stretch with that my yoga strap, less texture. Super versatile too. Get one today & start stretching!

It is as good as I hoped it would be.

I recently had a knee replacement and my first use for this strap was to help lift my leg on to and off of the bed. It is almost impossible to lift your leg on your own during the first few days after surgery. One of the biggest goals after knee surgery is to increase strength and strengthen the muscles. I used this strap to help bend my knee it get the mobility needed. I recommend this strap. It is made well and was just what was needed. I would buy again.

This has helped with my stretching routine immensely. The one drawback is it is a little long.

My muscles have gotten so tight. After several surgeries I was going to Wellness Center and swimming. Unfortunately the pool was closed. My muscles were so tight. I just went by directions with stretch strap and my muscles feel so....much better! Very well made.

Got this for my husband for his birthday and he loves it! He uses it all the time and says the quality is better then what they use at his work. We would buy it again if we felt we needed it but this one should do the job for years to come.
