Surprisingly good at relieving stiffness and some pain from arthritic knee. I like the vibration feature combined with the heating. While the manufacturer provided extension Velcro for those of us with stout legs, the Velcro extension is rather stiff and can cause some irritation when used. Replaced with a softer Velcro on my own. However, the unit is extremely well made, does a great job, and is a winner in my opinion.

I was skeptical because I'm trying to avoid a right knee replacement and I'm be treated by Andrews Institute and still in a lot of pain with limited pain killers. As a disabled veteran I know pain, but this thing feels good on my knee! I don't know if it has any healing properties but helps me with my emendate pain. Prop my knee up on a pillow and turn it on and let it run for 3 to 4 cycles and I can get to sleep.

The massage lasts about 10 minutes and a charged massager will do 6 to 8 massages on a single charge. I have two bad knees and am waiting for replacements. Covid has once again extended my wait. This massager is simple to use, excellent quality and works well. It provides good heat and vibration to the joints. I'm not sure about the infra red and lights but it is worth the price for the heat/massage on its own. Well worth the money for temporary pain relief.
