Very nice scarf. Soft and lightweight. It does not come with the external battery pack though, so be sure to order one separately. Otherwise it gets nice and warm. Would recommend.

Gift for Xmas and the added feature of the warmth

Arrived fast has a nice color and fabric. Very soft bought it for mom for mother's day since cold weather causes her neck and shoulder pain. She uses it even around the house instead of her old corded heating pad and loves it.

I have a lot of neck pain so when I saw this I loved the idea of being able to have heat going to my neck without laying on a heating pad. This is very lightweight. It come with a little battery pack you charge. Once it is charged it has a little zipped pocket the battery pack zips up in. Inside the little pocket is a wire it plugs into. Its that simple. Once you do that on the front of the scarf is the on/off button. You have to hold the button down a couple of seconds for it to come on. It doesn't take long for the scarf to heat up. It gets plenty warm Enough.

Oh wow this is the best scarf when it’s freezing out. The battery pack sits nicely in its compartment and it’s not heavy where you can feel its weight dragging on your neck. There are 3 heat settings for this scarf but even at low, you can feel it nicely. The scarf is very soft to the touch and feels great around your neck! This is something that you need to have if you plan to go into a freezing environment. Super happy with this technology!

A lot of these heating products are really bad. This one is pretty decent. Its soft, includes the battery pack (which zips up inside the scarf, which is nice), has 3 heating settings, and fits around my 18" thick neck.

This heated scarf is amazing! It’s going to get lots of use this year. I work in a non-heated office, so this is now part of my wardrobe. Be careful because it does get hot! It seems like the heat is only in the area on the back of your neck while wearing it, but that is enough. It’s so soft and cozy, and I love that it’s cordless! It comes with a power bank that zips into the scarf and plugs in easily. Perfection. This would make an amazing gift for any adult this winter.

This scarf is super soft and it helps with my neck pain. I like how it’s powered thru a rechargeable battery and there are different heat levels. It fits me well but for someone larger it might not be long enough.

I bought this to see if it helps me whenever I’m cold especially on my neck part whenever I’m chilling due to frozen wind. My old scarf won’t be enough to warm me and I’ve been looking for different scarf and I’m very happy to find out that there’s new product like this not only covering you,but warm you awesome like can’t feel the coldness around. The quality and price of the product is reasonable

I had really bad neck pain for DAYS hard to even move it. Was using a rice bag, but that's inconvenient to hold it and reheat it constantly. So I got this and love it. It is so nice and soothing and really is helping with my neck pain 10/10 recommend!.

I've tried all kinds of heating pads for neck aches over the years. Traditional heating pads don't fit right against my neck and shoulders; beanbags or home-made rice bags are either scorching or run out of heat and I have to trek back to the microwave to heat them again. But this soft neck wrap fits the bill. I love that it's rechargeable, although I would like an option of using traditional batteries if this one is not charged (or can we get another battery for it?). As I'm writing this, I'm thinking of grabbing it now. Ahhhh...

Had used a microwave product for my neck pain, particularly when it is cool or cold outside. Found it cumbersome and timely to have to reheat it for each use. Was leaving on a trip and felt I did not wish to be without my heated scarf when I discovered this one which is battery operated. What a blessing! One charge gives me numerous long periods of use at even the Highest heat setting. Great product. Bought a second one for a backup and gives me an additional battery for charging, so I have the scarf ready whenever needed.

I really wanted to like this product. I have chronic pain and stiffness in my neck and was using this every night for several days. It felt great on my neck and I thought it might be nice to wear when out in the cold. I really liked that it was portable as I could walk around the house with this warming my neck. Also the battery life was good for what I was using it for.

So far I am happy with the purchase, it works as described and is very easy to use. The scarf part is really comfy and warm, even without the heating element on. Since it is a slide on it can be as tight or loose fitting as you want. Though our preferred position is to just hang it over our shoulders. It does get hot if you have it on direct skin, but with a tee shirt between it never gets too hot. The main selling point was the battery pack and heat level options.

I absolutely love this heated neck wrap. I realize this is not a permanent fix to continuous neck pain but, it does help with the stiffness in my neck! I aim to use this at least twice a day, if not definitely once a day. I have let a few friends try it, and they love it as well!! I highly recommend (knowing it's temporary only) for relief of minimal neck pain and stiffness.

LOVE THIS! My mom saw this advertised in a magazine and I was so happy to find it on amazon. I wear lots of layers but am almost always still cold. This is the magic fix and less bulky than wearing a traditional scarf all day. It warming comfort is relieving to a stiff neck. I wear it all day, whether relaxing, cooking a meal, or working on the computer. It comes in especially handy for dog walks in cold weather. I only wish it came with an extra battery so I never had to take it off to charge. Definitely worth the price.
